My story of growing up with Putai - A seven-year journey

On the eve of May Day in 2018, after two rounds of interviews, I officially joined Yw Putai and took up the position of human resources supervisor. Unlike the previous company, the management style here is a treasure to me - the boss gives employees full trust and autonomy, there is no need for frequent reporting, and the working atmosphere is relaxed and efficient. This corporate culture that respects the independence of employees made me feel for the first time the perfect fit between the workplace and personal value, and also convinced me that this is my ideal working platform.

My first experience at Putai began with a team-building activity at General Mountain in May of the same year. Although many details have gradually blurred in my memory, there is one scene that remains clear: during the summary session on the first day of the activity, I stood in front of the team, choking up as I shared my feelings, and tears streamed down my face involuntarily. At that moment, what I felt was not only the warmth of the team, but also a long-lost sense of belonging. 

In September 2018, the groundbreaking ceremony of the company's Lintong factory was held. Despite the bitter cold and drizzling rain that day, it failed to dampen the excitement in my heart in the slightest. Standing on that construction site that is about to rise from the ground, I am filled with anticipation - this is not only the laying of the foundation for a factory, but also a milestone for the company to enter a new stage.

In 2024, the company once again witnessed a high-profile moment - the official launch of the Putai Dali 2.0 project. As an "old employee" who has witnessed the company's take-off twice, standing at the groundbreaking ceremony site, a sense of pride welled up spontaneously. I am proud of being able to grow along with the company all the way, and I am even more excited about the company's boldness in constantly breaking through and creating new situations.

In the next seven years, may we continue to join hands and write more wonderful chapters!
